We want you to love your Motion Mode timepiece. If it's not right, you have 30 days from delivery to return it for a full refund.

To be eligible

• The watch must be unworn and in its original condition
• All original packaging and accessories must be included
• Proof of purchase (order number) is required

How to start a return

1. Email us at motionnmode@gmail.com with your order number
2. We'll reply within one business day with return instructions
3. Once we receive and inspect the watch, your refund is processed within 5 to 7 business days

Damaged or faulty items

If your watch arrives damaged or develops a fault covered by our 2-year warranty, contact us immediately and we'll repair or replace it at no cost to you.
