We want you to love your Motion Mode timepiece. If it's not right, you have 30 days from delivery to return it for a full refund.

To be eligible

• The watch must be unworn and in its original condition
• All original packaging and accessories must be included
• Proof of purchase (order number) is required

How to start a return

1. Email us at motionnmode@gmail.com with your order number
2. We'll reply within one business day with return instructions
3. Once we receive and inspect the watch, your refund is processed within 5–7 business days

Damaged or faulty items

If your watch arrives damaged or develops a fault covered by our 2-year warranty, contact us immediately — we'll repair or replace it at no cost to you.
