Every Motion Mode timepiece is covered by a full 2-year movement warranty from the day it arrives.

What's covered

• Manufacturing defects in the movement
• Faulty hands, dials or crowns
• Bracelet or clasp defects present on arrival

What's not covered

• Normal wear and tear (scratches, fading)
• Accidental damage or misuse
• Water damage beyond the rated 5 ATM resistance
• Damage from unauthorised repairs

Making a claim

Email motionnmode@gmail.com with your order number, a description of the issue, and a photo or video. We respond within one business day — and if it's covered, we repair or replace your watch at no cost.
